एफ वन ग्रुप अर्थात् नेपलीज अमेरिकन कन्भेन्सन आयोजना गर्ने संस्थाले, हरेक दुई-दुई वर्षमा अमेरिकामा मिस नेपाल आयोजना गर्दै आएको छ । २०१७ मा सान फ्रान्सिस्कोमा भएको दोस्रो मिस नेपाल क्यालिफोर्नियामा विजयी रोज लामा, सानफ्रान्सिस्को निवासी समाजसेवी प्रकाश लामाकी कान्छी सुपुत्री हुन । 
स्मरणीय छ, पहिलो संस्करणको मिस नेपाल क्यालिफोर्निया २०१५ मा लस एन्जलसमा सम्पन्न भएको थियो । पहिलो मिस नेपाल केलिफोर्नियाको उपाधि लस एन्जलस निवासी अनुषा कार्कीले जितेको थिईन । विजेता कार्की, एफ वन ग्रुपद्वारा भुकम्पमा गोरखामा भत्किएको स्कूल नयाँ बनाउने प्रोजेक्टमा ब्रान्ड एम्बेसेडर थिईन । उक्त नव-निर्मित भवनको उद्घाटन कार्यक्रममा अनुषा कार्कीको समेत सहभागिता सहित गरिएको थियो, गोरखामा ।
